In 2009, I traveled to Barahona, Dominican Republic for my first ever mission trip. There I gained new persepctives on the world, culture, community, and faith. I grew in mindfulness and appreciation. I treasure this experience and what I learned has stayed with me ever since. These images are very emotional and very poweful.
